Online agreement in your language. The basis is an agreement concluded in the language of the place of the lease, but the agreement is always translated into English and the most frequently used languages. The agreement is always signed online, so you can conclude it wherever you are in the world.
Guarantee of a trustworthy presentation of the apartment. With Flatio, you may rest assured the apartment looks exactly as presented. And if, by any chance, the condition of the apartment does not match the description in the listing, we will refund your full rent and fees and give you 7 days of free hotel rooms.
Comfortable extension. Do you want to stay longer in the apartment? No problem. If the owner confirms the apartment is available for you, you will extend the agreement online. Similarly, an agreement may be terminated with a simple 30-day notice, once again, online.
All-inclusive price. The rent includes all services, including utilities and Wi-Fi, and it is not charged unless it exceeds 15 % of the rent. This saves you a lot of paperwork at the time of the apartment handover. If a property does not offer Wi-Fi, it is clearly indicated on the listing page.
Always 30 days ahead. Whether you move in at the beginning or half way through the month, the rent paid always covers the 30 days that follow. With Flatio, the “month" always starts with you moving in and you will never pay multiple rents at the same time.
Take photos of the apartment. We recommend that you take photos showing the current condition of the apartment on the first and the last day of the lease and send the pictures to us. The photos, along with a signed handover report, will be of great assistance when dealing with any unpleasant situations we hope will never occur.

Es un barrio residencial y universitario que parece de clase media - alta. En todo momento tienes sensación de seguridad y tienes a 5 minutos el Metro, a 1 minuto tranvías y buses. Tienes supermercado a 5 minutos, restaurantes de todo tipo (vietnamitas, turcos, griegos, italianos, checos...).
Recomiendo pasear por el parque Stromovka. Visitar el Stadium Juliska en partido de liga del Dukla Praha. Dar paseos sin rumbo por la tarde noche en los alrededores.
Byt má okna situovaná do malého parčíku. Leží mimo frekventované ulice. Jedna stanice tramvají na Vítězné náměstí a odtud je to metrem čtyři stanice do středu Prahy.
Zoologická zahrada s použitím přívozu přes Vltavu v Podbabě. Pražský hrad, možno dojít i pěšky Svatovítskou z Vítězného náměstí. Park Stromovka vzdálen 10-15 minut chůze s Maroldovým panorama a s možností přejít Trojskou lávku a navštívit Trojský zámeček.
Byt je umístěn ve vynikající lokalitě. Byt není na hlavní ulici a je obrácen směrem do parku. Je však velmi blízko tramvajové zastávky a poměrně blízko metra. Díky tomu je možno se dostat v krátkém čase do centra Prahy a i kamkoliv jinam v hlavním městě. V okolí bytu je množství restaurací (známá hospůdka U Pětníka je přes ulici) a síť obchodů všeho druhu.
Pražský hrad s přilehlými zahradami je vzdálem pouhých 1,5 km. Velmi blízko je rovněž do Stromovky. V krátké době se lze dostat díky přívozu v Podbabě do zoologické a botanické zahrady.
