This apartment is located in Prague district of Stodůlky. Near the apartment building there is a Central park with two ponds connected by a stream. In 15 minutes you will reach the Košíře – Motol Natural Park, where you can enjoy the beautiful and undisturbed nature. There are tennis courts in the vicinity of the apartment, and within 5 minutes you can also reach the interesting modern Church of St. Procopius.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. In four minutes you will reach the yellow metro line B, which takes you to Wenceslas Square in 15 minutes. The bus stop of lines 168 and 904 are also nearby. The apartment also provides an underground garage.
In addition to restaurants, cafes and bistros, you will also find supermarkets, post offices, ATMs, a pharmacy or a petrol station.

You will fall in love with this beautiful apartment on the third floor because of two balconies, its own parking place or its spaciousness. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe with a mirror. There is a sofa-bed next to the wooden living room wall unit with a TV. In the corner is hidden a desk with an office chair which serves well as a home office. Underneath the large window that illumintes the entire room, you will find a chair with a footstool which invites you to nestle yourself here with a book in your hand. The screen with blinds optically separates the living room from the kitchen and dining room.
The kitchen is very well equipped. An electric hob, oven or microwave can help you prepare a great lunch or dinner. But you will also find here a dishwasher and washing machine.
The bright bathroom offers shower for a quick rinse in the morning or a bathtub, which you can draw with hot water and relax there whole evening.

The owners were helpful from the onset of the rental agreement. Upon my arrival to Prague (even though it was quite late) the owners met me at the apartment and helped unload my luggage. The apartment was excellent. The view gives you an almost New York vibe, especially since the living room has an amazing balcony that gives you a close-up view of central park lake, the city, culture, and the happenings of the people in Stodulky. A various mix of grocery stores are within minutes of the apartment, along with nail and cosmetic shops and places to exercise.
The building is secure, clean, and quiet, and the neighbors are helpful. The apartment was stocked with every modern appliance that you could wish for. It has mixers, blenders, steamers, and things to grill or sautee food items with. The refrigerator was accommodating enough for 2-3 people that enjoy food. The apartment has a modern and sleek appeal, but the large bathroom was my favorite. Bus stops and playgrounds are in abundance surrounding the apartment. You will feel very comfortable and fortunate to land this apartment. I only wish that other Flatio owners use a bit more empathy when stocking or preparing their apartments for foreigners.

I would recommend eating in the Indian Restaurant called Ocean Spice located on the ground floor of the building. I would also recommend shopping at the Kaufland market and the Albeit store located in the malls. If you need to move, use the Man with a van.
