The 80 sq.m. recently renovated apartment is located on the 5th floor of Prague's historical building. It has two spacious bedrooms, kitchen/dining room, bathroom, toilet, and a small balcony. The house was built in 1925 and has a rich history and authentic atmosphere - rooms with high ceilings and original wooden parquet flooring.

Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, gas stove, electric oven, toaster, stainless steel electric kettle... full set of utensils, glasses, knifes, pots, pan etc.

Cosy bathroom with a bath-tub and hand shower. Washing machine and tumble dryer you can use to do your laundry. Clean linen and towels are provided.

One bedroom has a comfortable double super king size bed (200x200cm / 79x79in), the other has two twin beds (90x200cm / 35x79in)

And of course unlimited cable internet (both wireless and wired).

Nearest public transport stops are 2 minutes walk (tram and bus), nearest underground station is 5 minutes walk. Nearest supermarket is 2 minutes walk as well.

Nice appartment in the nice area of Prague. Very caring householders. A lot of shops, restaurans around the house. 3 minutes walk to the subway (Flora station), 20 minutes walk to the center of the city.

We rented this apartment for more than a month.
The apartment is located just very good, just five minutes walk from the Flora metro station.
The Flora itself is a mall where you can find everything you need for life, from food to kitchen equipment, clothes, mobile phones, and cleaning services. As well, on the first floor located a big Albert supermarket, opened every day from morning till noon.

Petr and Eva are fantastic landlords. They helped us with every question we had. They are very nice and friendly persons and response if you have a question.

I highly recommend this place. Location is very good, the apartment is in perfect condition just after renovation, Petr and Eve are very nice. What else do you need?

Eva ´s husband Petr was a great host. He was super friendly, fast in replying and really took care of my comfort during my one month stay in the apartment. He was well prepared, maps of prague were available and he even prepared some fruits on the table. Petr was always ready to help in all matters. Also the apartment is located in a nice neighboourhood. Metro (green line) is reached within 8min by walking as well as the big shopping mall at FLora station. If you feel like having a walk, Vinohrady is a perfect place with a park, cafes and so one.
I would definitely recommend this apartment and looking forward to my next stay. Thank you :)

Eva and Petr's apartment is in a fabulous location and right beside the metro station. The apartment has everything you need. The only thing that we disliked was the loud construction that happens outside the back bedroom window every morning at 7 am. However, this is temporary and everything else about the apartment was wonderful. Once you respect the noise level restrictions you should have a fantastic stay at this property. The location is more suited for families rather than young adults.

I am very satisfied with the flat itself as well as the hospitality and friendliness of the owners. I would deffinitely recommend this apartment as it is located in a lovely neighborhood with the closest metro and tram stations just a few minutes away.
