If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Aby jsme to tedy uvedli na pravou míru. Já sama jsem vás informovala o tom, že na ovladač od televize mi kápl odlakovač a udělal se tam takový malý flíček, který neměl vubec žádný vliv na funkčnost. A nabídla jsem vám, že vám jako kompenzaci zašlu 1000kc což je dle mého velmi slušné. Ale na to jste mi ten den ani neodpověděla a poslední dva dny, mě tu otravujete tím, že si vymýšlíte údajné poškození, jako ku příkladu to, že jsem do koupelny přilepila malinký věšáček na ručník, protože v celé koupelně si není kam pověsit ručník a nemluvě o tom, že v koupelně není žádné odvětrávání(žádná vzduchotechnika) a někdo by mohl podotknout, že by se ručník dal pověsit na dveře, ale řešení jednoho přilepovacího nerezového věšáčku, který je přilepen pouze oboustrannou lepicí páskou, mi přišlo elegantnější než znehodnotit dveře. A vy po mě chcete náhradu za to, ze jsem za své prostředky koupila vešáček. A před předáváním byl byt uklizen tak, ze jsem po sobě vyprala i ložní prádlo a vy sama jste říkala, při předávání, ze nebylo nutné to až do této míry uklízet že by jste si to bývala uklidila i sama. A včera mi píšete po dvou dnech, ze bych vám měla uhradit ještě nadstandardní úklid? A znehodnocení stolu to už snad nemyslíte vážně? 1) tento flek, tam už byl když jsme se nastěhovali, jen byl přikrytý mističkou ve které bylo podpuri. Nakonec po mě chcete částku 2000kc kterou jste si tak nějak vykalkulovala, zřejmě od oka. Jedna věc je soudnost a skutečnost, ze se samozřejmě může něco pokazit a v takovém případě je na místě přiměřená náhrada škody, ale ne, že mi tu budete účtovat náklady spojené s běžnou amortizací která vzniká, když používáte být k účelům krátkodobých pronájmů to se na mě nezlobte. Nedá se podnikat bez nákladů.
