The Student house Holandská is located in district Vršovice. You will find yourself in one of Prague’s oldest areas, surrounded by beautiful traditional architecture and everything needed for a comfortable life at your fingertips.

The area is full of cozy coffee and brunch places, restaurants of all flavors, and several charming parks. Public transport is just a few steps from the front door, ready to take you wherever you need to go.

Let us offer you fully equipped Private Double Room with private bedroom for 2 persons, private fridge, private bathroom and shared kitchen with a hob, microwave, kettle and oven. Every room has its own kitchen cabinet for storing some dry goods.

Room offers 2x 90/200 cm beds, which can be adapted to sleeping needs as a double bed. As they have quality wooden structure they do not move apart in case of use as a double bed. Room is furnished with two wardrobes and desk with the lamps and chairs. We also provide basic set of dishes and bed linen.

The building has a laundry room with a dryer and washing machine, which are available for use under the fee of 60 CZK.

Mop, bucket, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are available to use for free.

The monthly rental price includes all services, energies, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

If you are searching for longer stay which is not available in the calendar please let us know and we will search for alternative options for you.

Note that in case your stay will be shorter than 61 consecutive calendar days, we will ask you to pay the city tax in the amount of 50 CZK/per day/per person upon your arrival.
