Prime location, ideal for students (with many universities nearby).
I am offering a room for a student in a quiet residential area (villas) in Prague 6—just a 4-minute walk from the Dejvická metro station. The room includes a kitchenette; the bathroom and toilet are shared with only one other room on the same floor, currently occupied by a polite, young, working student (21 years old). The room faces a garden (south-facing). The apartment comes furnished—please see the photos. Amenities include a refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave, a new induction cooktop, kitchenware, a drying rack, an ironing board, an iron, and bed linens. Excellent location (near the metro and all local amenities; 10 minutes to the city center, 25 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to the train station). Another plus is the sports ground located right on the street—see photos. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
The apartment is suitable for one person only.
DRAWBACK: The furnishings are older.
ADVANTAGE: Close to universities, the airport, and the city center.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.
Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.

If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!
If the conditions for the withdrawal are met and the host can't fix the issue immediately, you have the option to withdraw from the lease agreement with a full refund. We'll also actively help you find an alternative accommodation and remain by your side until everything is fully resolved.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.
The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.

Byt byl v naprostém pořádku. Bylo uklizeno, přesně jako na fotkách. Majitel je velmi hodný, komunikace byla bezchybná a jednoduchá a pan Miroslav byl ochoten vyjít vstříc se všemi požadavky. Byt je opravdu dobře umístěn. Dostanete se za necelých 10 minut jak na tramvaj tak i na metro. Byl to velmi příjemný pobyt, takže doporučuji všem, co hledají pěkný byt a příjemného nájemníka:)
