What is the 24/7 emergency line?

The 24/7 emergency line is an all-hours service provided by our partner AXA to help tenants resolve various issues while ensuring you'll get the assistance you need, when you need it. The line offers support in both English and Czech round the clock, so you can feel assured that your concerns will be heard and addressed. While other languages may also be available, they might not be consistently accessible or could lead to longer response times.

When should I use the 24/7 Emergency Line?

The emergency line is intended for two primary purposes:

  1. Stay Benefits claims: If Stay Benefits that include liability insurance and insurance of assistance services are part of your protection plan, the 24/7 line is available for such claims. If you need support with various household issues like internet connection problems or appliance malfunction, you can call the line for help. Additionally, if you've had to pay out-of-pocket for services such as repairs, you can request reimbursement by calling this line.
  2. Move-In Guarantee cases: If the landlord is a no-show or the property is not as advertised, this line is your lifeline. You can use it to report the issue and request a lease withdrawal with a full refund and back-up accommodation.

What is the 24/7 Emergency Line not for?

While the 24/7 emergency line is a versatile tool, it's crucial to note that not all queries can be addressed here. The service is provided by AXA, not Flatio. As a result, any concerns or questions outside of the above-mentioned cases will not be entertained via this line. For non-emergency related inquiries or issues that are specifically about Flatio's services, you should contact Flatio directly - our Customer Care team is ready and available to help you 7 days a week.
