Rent an apartment for 4 people with grand piano "Petrof", 14 minutes by foot from Prague Castle and along the famous tram line 22.
The apartment consists of a large living room with a sofa double bed , a kitchen with a loft double bed, a hallway, a bathroom, and a WC.
The house is from the 1920s and contains 12 apartments. The apartment is on the 1st floor and no lift is serving it. Modern windows have been installed around ten years ago, the apartment is very quiet when the windows are closed, while with open windows the kitchen would still be quiet but in the living room a nearby street tunnel would be audible.
The apartment was occupied by an elderly gentleman until 2020. It has undergone thorough renovation works (new gas heating, bathroom, WC, equipped kitchen, painting of walls and doors) while preserving some of its original features (typical Czechoslovakian furniture dating from the 1920 plus some antiques).
The grand piano dates from 2000 and is in impeccable condition. The apartment is rented preferably to a musician. There is also a double bass in the apartment stored beneath the piano and which the tenant may play is (s)he happens to know how to play it. The usual house rules concerning noise must be respected.
The important arterial road "Bělohorská" runs around 200m from the apartment and features many business like bars and restaurants, a fishmonger, dry cleaning, a very good bakery, wine shops etc.
On "Bělohorská" you can board tram line 22 famous for connecting many of the most important tourist sites of Prague. It takes 16 minutes to the National Theatre in the very centre of Prague.
The nearby hotel "Pyramida" has an indoor swimming pool and sauna open to external visitors. Also, there is a big public open air swimming pool with a waterslide at 6 minutes walking distance.
