Flatio is exceptional: the variety, ease of selecting and leasing an apartment, customer service - all outstanding. I have rented 3 apartments so far on Flatio and all have been exactly as described/expected, and I have a fourth apartment I'll be renting starting this fall. Flatio is a great option if you're looking for a medium-long term place. I like that they didn't have any other hidden fees like most other sites like this do.
