How does renting an apartment via Flatio work?
You simply set the date when you want to move in and choose from the apartments for rent in Berlin on offer. Our photos, detailed descriptions of the apartments or single rooms and the possibility of going on a virtual tour in your apartment will help you find the right one. Then you just click the “Reservation Request” button. If the owner approves your reservation within 24 hours, you have the 24 hours for finishing the contractual process (including payment of the first rent and service fee).
