Then you wait for the landlord to approve your reservation, which should take no more than 24 hours, and after you receive the approval, the apartment is almost yours. At this point, you just need to arrange for keys to be exchanged and pay the 19 EUR reservation fee, a small service fee for Flatio, and your rent. No steep deposits or unnecessary paperwork!
