We are constantly enlarging our selection of mid-term accommodation rentals for 1–6 months for company employees looking for a place to stay in Berlin. You can choose from single rooms, studio apartments, and multi-room flats. All the apartments on offer are fully equipped and furnished, including internet connection, nothing therefore stops you from working immediately upon your arrival. Or you can just rest, depends on you. The photos and detailed descriptions or the apartments will help you make your choice. Some of the apartments can also be explored by going on a virtual tour. The apartments marked as “verified offer” were personally visited and checked by us. The majority of the rentals can be found in the very centre of Berlin, meaning that everything will be easy to reach.
How to rent an apartment via Flatio for business purposes?
You can arrange your stay in your new home on Flatio in just a couple of minutes, all of that without the need of leaving your home. If you are using Flatio for Business, designed specifically to suit companies and their employees, do not forget to choose the appropriate option (company reservation) when making a reservation. However, your company has to have an account on Flatio first. You choose a place based on various criteria, such as move-in date, price, size of the apartment etc. Thanks to these tools, you will be able to find a suitable rental quickly and easily. The reservation fee is just 19 EUR and there is low service fee. What is more, there are no deposits on Flatio.
What is happening after sending a reservation request?
After you make a reservation request, the owner has 24 hours to approve it and you'll be able to finish the contractual process (with payment of the first rent plus service fee). We want the reservation process to be as quick as possible so that you know if you got the place ASAP. To make things easier for you, we have developed an application called My Housing, using which you can manage your rentals.
