In case, you don’t have to search by yourself, leave it for your employees. You can limit their choice, for instance, by the amount of rent payment, flat locality or other parameters. In that case you can pay on invoice as well.

After applying for booking within 24 hours you will know, whether the owner approved it. Everything from booking up to the contract signing is online. Therefore, you will save a lot of time, which you can dedicate to other work activities.
