Flatio gives you detailed descriptions, photos and often virtual tours of the accommodation on offer, so you can make informed decisions for your employees, if a listing says it is a ‘verified offer’ this means it has been personally checked by an auditor. When you have chosen a place, click on ‘Company reservation’ and you will know within 24 hours whether you have landlord approval.

All paperwork, including signing the contract can be completed online, the only thing to arrange face to face will be handing over the keys.

All rooms and flats come equipped with everything your employee will need, furniture, basic electrical appliances and working internet.

The best thing is that your company will pay no deposit and rent will be cheaper than staying in hotels or guesthouses.

What is more, if you mark ‘accommodation for company’ we will send you the invoice for the rent within 30 days due period, your employees do not have to worry about a thing, they can concentrate on meeting their new work colleagues and learning the ropes in their new role.
