Flatio gives you detailed descriptions, photos and often virtual tours of the accommodation on offer, so you can make informed decisions for your employees, if a listing says it is a ‘verified offer’ this means it has been personally checked by an auditor. When you have chosen a place, click on ‘Company reservation’ and you will know within 24 hours whether you have landlord approval.

All paperwork, including signing the contract can be completed online, the only thing to arrange face to face will be handing over the keys.
