This apartment is located in a central location and offers spacious living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to use it. The living room has a cosy sofa and comfortable armchairs. It’s the ideal place to relax after a long day of exploring London. The bedrooms come with comfortable king and double size beds, perfect to enjoy a good night's sleep. Two bedrooms feature double beds and one a king bed. The bathrooms are clean and neat and come with a bathtub and a shower. One bathroom is en suite for added convenience. The apartment also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. You’ll find plants and art around, rounding up the space and making sure you feel at home right away.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits a few minutes walking from Marble Arch tube station.
This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. It’s worth noting that this home is located on the lower ground floor, so you might find some rooms darker than expected (perfect if you like darkness when sleeping, though!). Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
